Edward VII Park
Eduardo VII Park has the most magnificent viewpoint in Lisbon. With a stunning view over the park, the imposing statue of the Marquês de Pombal and Avenida da Liberdade, you can see the Tagus, the south bank of the river and, on a good day, the Arrábida mountain range. It is also here that you will find the 25th of April Memorial, by sculptor João Cutileiro, and an imposing Portuguese flag. Due to its view and location, the viewpoint is different. You can see all the surrounding hills and understand the extent of Lisbon outside the historic neighborhoods. Designed by architect Keil do Amaral in 1945, it is a pleasant place to stroll and admire the two pavements of Portuguese pavement where the Lisbon Book Fair takes place annually. It will make you feel a little Portuguese.
